WELDING

Welding is a fabrication process that involves joining two or more materials, usually metals or thermoplastics, by applying heat, pressure, or both to create a strong bond. The process typically uses a filler material to form a molten pool that cools and solidifies, forming a permanent connection.. We cover all areas of welding, if there's a rusted panel which is far too gone to repair we are able to replace that panel. We use hand held tools to drill out the SPOT welds and then separate the 2 panels then we can start to clean up all the metal, and begin to SPOT weld the new panel onto the car, this is a long process which we have simplified for you, next we prep and then begin to paint the panel to the cars original colour, when this is done we return the car back like it has never had a new panel.

We don't only weld on big panels we also offer small patch welds for little holes on the underneath of your car or chassis, the metal we use has a high thickness so no need to worry ever again about any more holes once there patched up, its common for customers to not recognise any holes until its MOT inspected, this is when its on a ramp and the holes are more visible. If you hear any unwanted noise from your car always get it checked, it takes 10-15 minutes to have a good look under your car and see any exposed holes in the metal, this will help keep you safe and also lower your cost before the hole in the metal starts spreading.
